ABOUT US
Welcome to the Tagus Art Association Film Festival, where the soul of Lisbon meets the magic of the silver screen. Imagine the sun dipping below the horizon, its golden rays shimmering on the Tagus River as film reels come to life, casting a spell over a city that breathes creativity. Our festival is not just an event; it’s an odyssey that beckons filmmakers, dreamers, and cinephiles from across the globe to a city that is itself a living canvas of art and history. Amidst Lisbon’s cobblestone streets and grand theatres, contemporary visions and timeless classics dance together, each film a vibrant brushstroke on the expansive canvas of cinema.

But the Tagus Art Association Film Festival is far more than a series of screenings. It’s a symposium of innovation, a carnival of ideas. Envision workshops where sparks of creativity ignite, panel discussions that challenge conventional thinking, and networking events that forge future collaborations. Here, stories that dare to push the boundaries of imagination find their voice, and the art of visual storytelling is both celebrated and transformed. We champion bold narratives and visionary artistry, providing a platform for voices that redefine the cinematic experience.
Step into a world where every frame is a portal, every screening an adventure. At the Tagus Art Association Film Festival, we don’t just watch films; we live them. Join us in this celebration of cinema, where the river meets the reel, and every moment is a testament to the timeless magic of storytelling. Immerse yourself in an unforgettable journey through the world of film, where creativity flows as freely as the Tagus, and every scene is a celebration of the human spirit.
